New DBSA Podcast: Diagnosing Bipolar Disorder in Children and Adolescents

Today we debut the Parent Connection, a new column that will appear each month in the DBSA eUpdate. We also debut the first in a new series of parent-focused DBSA podcasts, which will showcase important emerging treatments for, and information about, depression and bipolar disorder in children and adolescents. Today's podcast features DBSA Parent Volunteer Coordinator Julia Small, who speaks with Dr. Kenneth Towbin of the National Institute of Mental Health about ongoing research that will further our understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric bipolar disorder and related mood disorders.
