In their anthem, "Don't Stop," Fleetwood Mac reminds us "Don't Stop thinking about tomorrow. Don't stop, it'll soon be here." It's July, and school may seem light years away but the truth is: It's not. It will soon be here. In light of that reality, if you have depression or bipolar disorder, it's important to start preparing now with 3 easy-to-follow steps outlined in the podcast. We don't know when depression and mood swings will come, but we can beat them at their own game by getting work done when we're feeling stable.
