For those of you who couldn't watch 90210 with me during the last episode (04/18/11), Here is a Cliff's Notes version of Silver's bipolar storyline:

Who is Silver?

 --Erin Silver prefers to be called by her last name. For fans of the original 90210, she is the half-sister of David Silver and Kelly Taylor. Two years ago, Silver was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after a severe manic episode. In the midst of her mania, she made some regrettable decisions like making a sex tape with then-boyfriend, Dixon that was watched by her whole English class.

--After the diagnosis, Silver sought treatment and has been taking medications ever since.

--Silver is stable. She has overcome major trials like losing her mother to cancer. She even won top English honors.  

Recap--04/18/11 "Enchanted Donkey" Episode:

--Adrianna sexted (yes, that means sending a nude picture via text) a picture of Silver from the girls' locker room and sent it to the entire school to exact revenge on Silver for dating Navid, Adrianna's ex-boyfriend.

--Weird boys are now making lewd comments and whistling to Silver at school.

--The gang (Silver, Adrianna, Navid, Naomi, Dixon, Liam, etc) go to Mexico for Spring Break and chaos ensues.

--Adrianna tampers with Silver's water so Silver spends a whole day in the bathroom. Then, Silver screws with Adrianna's sunscreen, which leaves Adrianna red as a tomato.

--The two girls end up pushing each other into a swimming pool and fighting.

--After Spring Break, Adrianna goes to Silver's house to make amends and vows they will never fight like that again.

--After crying on Silver's shoulder, Adrianna goes to the bathroom and sneakily swaps Silver's bipolar medicine with some fake pills!  

              What will happen when Silver is off her bipolar medicine?
