Discussion: Defining the Problem Part 2

The gang starts the week off by revisiting the idea of defining the problem.  In every person’s life, sooner or later, they’re going to have problems.  And sooner or later, they’re gong to have to deal with those problems.  But in every case, the one common denominator is that somewhere and somehow, each individual has to define what their specific problem(s) is(are).  There is no one single way to go about the activity, with literally tons of different things you can try.  Maybe you read a book on what you think the problem might be, maybe you make a pro’s and con’s list, maybe you get feedback from others…. the possibilities are limitless.  Whatever the case, it is a bridge that must be crossed in order to properly address whatever the issue is.  In our examples, since we are a mood disorders show and all (wink wink), the crew focuses this show with examples related to bipolar disorder and depression.  Aime Lynn also gets in on the action.
