So for the last 2 days I have been manic. I cycle often and have hypermania. I haven't slept more than an hour before my very weird dreams wake me up then my brain just starts going and I can't back to sleep. Physically I feel exhausted, I have Active Epstein Barr Virus. It acts like Cronic fatigue but it attacks your immune system when you are over stressed. So yup you guessed it I am sick what started out as allergies is now a double ear infection and sinus infection. 

I wnet to church today and couldn't sit My legs were bouncing like crazy sweating heart pounding just plain gittery. it was just crazy. Thank goodness we had a BBQ with wiffle ball game and I didn't sit and talk everyones ear off. I have zanec but it knocks me out and I don't want to take it because I had a problum with drugs in my teens. I know i am smarter than that now and my DH would not stand for it but I still get worried. 

Anyway thank God Joey is having a really good day! No real outbursts and didn't stay while I gave the message during children"s church but he was in and out and helping get ready for the BBQ. So I just had to vent now I am off to clean out my 4 dog houses. TTYL Thanks for reading
