Invega worsening mania and insomnia?

Pdoc raised daughter's invega from 3 to 6 mg. Tuesday and started her on vistaril, 50 mg., one or two at bedtime. - she took 2 on Wed. and Thurs.
night.
Went to bed very manic, could not sleep, and very manic this morning. Tired of calling the clinic as a crisis. Will wait another day or two to see what
happens. Not good for now.

It could be the Vistaril. A lot of kids around here get agitated instead of sedated with antihistamines. It could also be the increased dose of Invega. You know AP's can worsen sx if the dose gets too high, and you don't know what is too high til you get there, unfortunately.
