The Balanced Mind Foundation needs YOUR help!
Dear The Balanced Mind Foundation Families,
As users of the The Balanced Mind Foundation Forums, I know that you appreciate the resources available to you 24/7. Whenever you need to talk, vent or ask a question, someone is there who “has walked in your shoes”.
The Balanced Mind Foundation eliminated its membership fee in February; since then, website usage and forum visitors have increased exponentially. Forum posts have gone up 900%! Unfortunately, despite the increased traffic to thebalancedmind.org, donations have declined.
I’m asking you to make a gift to The Balanced Mind Foundation to help ensure that the priceless support and resources which you’ve come to appreciate will continue to be available. We do not receive any funding from either the government of the pharmaceutical industry. We rely on you, our users, for 82% of our funding.
We cannot provide these valuable services without your financial support.
A monthly gift of just $5 or $10 from all the forum users, would go a long way to cover all the expenses involved in running the The Balanced Mind Foundation Forums. Alternatively, a gift in an amount that is right for your budget would be a terrific way to help ensure The Balanced Mind Foundation’s financial viability.
Support…caring advice…friendship…a shoulder to lean on…someone who really understands what you’re going through. These are just a few of the things which The Balanced Mind Foundation’s members give to and receive from one other.
The Balanced Mind Foundation needs YOUR support…. I hope that you will help.
Susan Resko
Executive Director
P.S. If you are already a The Balanced Mind Foundation donor - Thank You. I hope that you will consider a second gift in honor of another Forum user who may not be able to afford to make a gift at this time.
Don’t forget to ask your employer if they will match your gift. This really helps!
