I just looked on line and there seems to be a day therapeutic school for asperger girls called rebecca school.  I did not research it but you could look into it.  I don't know if it is a residential but it could be a day school.  New York has quite a few schools.  I know when I placed my son (2 weeks ago)  I researched it for a couple of years.  I had discussed it with all of his doctors but no one really helped me, I pretty much did it on my own.  It is hard but I am taking the time right now to heal myself and my older son.  I know he is safe and he is going to school, yay!  Now I am hoping they can help him deal with his anxiety, we will have to wait to see.  Good luck with looking into it.
