Picking the right Residential treatment center when Insurance dictates

DH - my hero
DD - 20 years old, away at college and happy
DS - 14 years old, the typical middle child , happy, great student and athletic
DS - 12 years old, Aspergers, Anxiety, possibly Bipolar, Meds are totally out of whack
Trileptal 900 mg, Abilify 5.0 mg, Clonodine .15mg, Trazodone 100mg
Recent 1st time Inpatient for 2 1/2 weeks to stabalize with no success to date.
