I had set an appt. up for the social worker to come to my home to meet my son as he doesn't want to go to the school.  (he is 15 and this has been going on for a few years)  Anyway I knew my 19 year old son would be home as I was at work.  When I came home he had his medications all out on the table.  He is not allowed to go into the medicine cabinet as I set his meds up and that has been working nicely.   I have given the school his medication list for the past 5 years.  Is it legal for them to have my 15 year old son go and get his rx's out of the cupboard?  Please let me know as I am very upset right now.
