I folks,

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area.  My son was litterally mid IEP- 30 day review, when I had to place him in Menninger (by the way, although expensive, worth every penny).  He had been at at TDS Middle School but our problems came when he started the TDS High School.  I am in need for a good attorney.  I have had a history of a good relationship with the District and County Mental Health and I am anticipating a problem with my son's current placement at an RTC.  I think this time may be a battle.
