excercise and protein?

Quick question and then I'll fill you in on all of my happenings lately.

I have read a lot about taking lots of protein if you are excercising and on EMP or your symptoms get worse?  Is this right?

PS...just order EMP!!!  I only ordered the EMP with the amino acids and some inositol.  What else should I get?  I haven't had a chance to talk to a rep yet since they were closed over the weekend.  Will call them tmrw.

Strenous exercise can cause withdrawal symptoms to occur more significantly.  Protein shakes (Isolated Whey Protein) helps with medication withdrawal and you will not need it until about week 2, or if your dd metabolizes as fast as mine, week one.  Protein shakes should become a routine with the EMP until several weeks off psych meds.  Brandon will be on them indefinately bc of the lack of protein in fake milk and he needs a ton of protein or he is evil.  Brandon cannot have dairy so we use a hemp protein shake that I got off Amazon.  BTW, GF flours are much, much cheaper on Amazon, like at least half the price of the commissary and health food stores!  I paid $5.45 for a rice flour locally and looked it up online and it is $2 something!
